How to Request a Refund

Tell us what went wrongBriefly describe the issue you experienced. This helps us improve the product. You don't need to prove anything โ we trust you.

Receive your refundWe process refunds within 2 business days. PayPal refunds appear immediately. Wise/bank transfers take 3โ5 business days depending on your bank.
What Qualifies for a Refund
- The software failed to connect to Gmail despite correct credentials
- The software failed to delete any emails after running a clean
- The software crashed repeatedly and could not complete a session
- The software did not install or run on your computer (Windows 10+ or macOS 11+)
- You were charged incorrectly or charged twice
- Any other reason within 30 days โ we prefer happy customers over disputed payments
What Does Not Qualify
- Requests made after 30 days from the original purchase date
- Change of mind after the software worked as described
- Emails were deleted that you wanted to keep โ this is why we show protect rules and require confirmation before deletion. Please review your rules carefully.
- License revoked due to Terms of Service violation (key sharing, etc.)
- Dissatisfaction with features listed as "coming soon" or "Phase 2"
Refund Method
Refunds are returned to the original payment method:
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account within 1 business day
- Wise: Refunded to your Wise account within 3โ5 business days
- Bank Transfer: Refunded to the account you transferred from within 5โ7 business days
After a Refund
After a refund is processed, your license key will be revoked and the software will stop functioning. If the issue was a bug we fixed, we're happy to offer you a new license at a discounted price.
