1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and VIMA Consulting, operating eMailWipe.com ("Company," "we," "us"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using eMailWipe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. Description of Service

eMailWipe is a desktop software application that connects to your email account via standard IMAP protocol to help you:

• Bulk delete old, promotional, and junk emails from Gmail and other supported providers
• Scan Google Drive for duplicate files and large files using read-only OAuth access
• Detect potentially suspicious or phishing emails using local analysis
• Monitor your email storage levels and receive alerts

3. License Grant

Upon purchase and payment confirmation, VIMA Consulting grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use eMailWipe on the number of devices permitted by your plan:

• Starter: 1 device
• Pro: 2 devices
• Business: 3 devices

This license is for personal or internal business use only. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, or share your license key with any third party.

4. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share, sell, or transfer your license key to any other person or entity
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software
• Use the software to provide services to third parties without a commercial license
• Use the software in ways that violate Google's Terms of Service or any applicable law
• Attempt to circumvent the license validation system
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload Gmail's servers

5. The Most Important Terms — Irreversible Deletion

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Email deletion performed by eMailWipe is permanent and irreversible once Trash is purged
• You have reviewed and configured the protect rules before running any cleaning session
• eMailWipe presents a clear warning screen and requires explicit confirmation before deletion begins
• VIMA Consulting is not responsible for any emails deleted under the rules you configured
• You are solely responsible for verifying that your protect rules are correct before each cleaning session
• We strongly recommend running a small test clean before processing your entire inbox

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Pricing

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with notice. Your license price is locked at the time of purchase for its current term.

6.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions provide access to eMailWipe for 12 months from the date of purchase. Your license will display an expiry date in the app. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you will receive renewal reminders at 30, 14, and 7 days before expiry. After expiry, you have a 7-day grace period before the app stops working.

6.3 One-Time Licenses

One-time licenses provide permanent access to the version of eMailWipe current at the time of purchase, including bug fixes for that version. Major version upgrades may require a new purchase or upgrade fee.

6.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer. VIMA Consulting never stores payment card information. All payment processing is subject to the terms of the respective payment processor.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If eMailWipe fails to clean emails or free storage from your Gmail account, contact us at help@emailwipe.com within 30 days of purchase with a description of the issue and we will issue a full refund.

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind after the 30-day period
• Accounts where the software functioned as described
• Accounts where the license was revoked due to Terms violation
• Duplicate purchases (we will merge or transfer the license instead)

8. Intellectual Property

eMailWipe, including all source code, design, graphics, documentation, and associated materials, is the proprietary property of VIMA Consulting and is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

9. Privacy

Your use of eMailWipe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The key points: your email content never passes through our servers, and we collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the license system.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

eMailWipe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIMA Consulting disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Warranties that results obtained from the software will be accurate or reliable

You use eMailWipe at your own risk. We strongly recommend backing up important emails before running a cleaning session.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VIMA Consulting and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, emails, or files resulting from use of the software
• Business interruption or loss of profits
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the software in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license key will be revoked and the software will stop functioning
• No refund will be issued for violations of these Terms
• Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law survive termination

13. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue eMailWipe (or any part thereof) at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes via email or in-app notification. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will issue prorated refunds for annual licenses.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of eMailWipe shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against VIMA Consulting.

15. Google Services Disclaimer

eMailWipe is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Use of eMailWipe must comply with Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any changes Google makes to its services that may affect eMailWipe's functionality.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email and by posting updated Terms on this page. Continued use of eMailWipe after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
